Hey y'all, it's #FreeVideoFriday time again! In keeping with our focus this week on our goal setting and achievement practices, I offer up for your viewing and practicing pleasure a free peek at something that's absolutely vital to staying focused and clear as we work on our goals: a morning ritual. That's why we love, love, love Sara Crawford's Morning Ritual - 4 Part Purification Pranayama. Check it out for yourself for free this week only, and thereafter it's available 24/7 on myMOJO.tv for members only. Enjoy!
We're late. We're late. We're late for an important date! What date is that? Why, our 3rd quarter goals review, that's what! Now, I must say that we here at MOJO HQ have very good reason to be tardy on our official goals review with you, but we can't tell you why just yet. Believe us, you'll love it, and it has everything to do with our own goal setting practices. So be sure to stay tuned for some exciting new happenings coming very, very soon. Until then, though, mum's got to be the word. So, please enjoy this rebroadcast of last year's Sprint to the Finish, including a fresh Goals Review Template for you to download and utilize absolutely free! You can thank me by kicking some ass in your own goals for the home stretch of this year...and beyond. :)
Are you a horny yogi? Mo the Unicorn wants to see your best pose...with a unicorn horn, of course!
Who exactly is Mo the Unicorn?
Well, we're glad you asked. On this grand occasion we're introducing Mo the Unicorn as MOJO's official mascot! You know by now that having some MOJO working in your life is pretty magical and, well, so is Mo. We hope you'll love him as much as we do, and we think his first contest is a great way to welcome him to the MOJO community.
Now, what about this contest...?
Earlier this week we released our super fun chat with artist Tonia Senoo on The MOJO Show, and it was so inspiring for all of us who strive to live a full, yet balanced life. Well, Tonia also happens to be one of our favorite MOJO Members, so I asked her, "What's your favorite MOJO practice right now?" Complete Core was her response.
So here you have this week's #FreeVideoFriday and a MOJO Member favorite. Enjoy, and click that button below the video to get a special discount on MOJO Membership and keep the mojo flowing.
This week we bring to you our conversation with the artist behind HAFU Designs and one of our favorite MOJO Members Tonia Senoo. She's a Jill of all Trades: a stay at home mom (or SAHM of course), a wife, a prolific and accomplished artist, a pilot, a Jazzercize instructor, a real estate investor, and so much more. Tonia is really living what we call the MOJO Life! Learn all about how she does it, and how she keeps her mindset right with her own approach to yoga in Episode 54 of The MOJO Show.
To help you get even more pumped for the weekend and get inspired to send us a clip of your own, our #FreeVideoFriday gift for you is Allison Rote's Pump It Louder. This quick, challenging practice set on a beautiful beach in Maui will certainly brighten up any day and get your energy pumping...

After all, let's face it, doing yoga at home is hard. Well, that's where MOJO Mentor comes in to save the day! So, give it a whirl. You might win a prize, and you'll definitely gain some valuable yoga knowledge for your practice. I look forward to helping out!
Earlier this week we interviewed Carlita Tohtz on The MOJO Show to help us all motivate to step into our own greatness and pump up our growth mindset. Well, Carlita is a fiery and fun lady so for this week's #FreeVideoFriday we thought it only appropriate to offer you a fiery practice with our Plank Pose Flow from Kassandra Reinhardt. Stoke your fire, strengthen your core, and go confidently out into your world, dear yogis!
This week we're going all animal style over here at MOJO! Just think of all those animals for which our yoga poses are named. With which do you identify most? Would you even go so far as to claim it your, eek, spirit animal? Well, in no seriousness whatsoever we offer you a chance to find out what your Yoga Spirit Animal might be with our fun quiz. The best part?
If you follow us on Instagram, you've no doubt noticed that we do a little something called #FreeVideoFriday to feature our free video of the week. Well, now #FreeVideoFriday will have it's own special feature right here on the MOJO blog. This week, we bring you the opportunity to check out our Quick Morning MOJO practice from the Find Your MOJO Challenge for free. This is perfect help for those of you who resonated with our MOJO Show interview with Meredith Cameron in which we discussed the power of a morning ritual and getting your yoga in even if you don't have much time. Enjoy!
Always looking for balance, for the middle path? Sit in on our conversation with one of MOJO's newest teachers, Meredith Cameron for her insight on creating the life you want to live by taking care of yourself and taking action in the direction you desire. Let Meredith inspire you to go after what you want in life.
It's really, really, really ridiculously good for us to laugh. It should be abundantly clear by now that we're all about the funny, whether it be straight up laughter yoga or identifying unholy names for your Mula Bandha or dressing up in costume for Instagram. Thus it is in this spirit of frivolity that we present to you this week a chance to win one of our brand new funny shirts!
Whatever your work day might look like, I'm willing to bet that it's hard on you in some way: physically, mentally, or emotionally. If I'm right, say, "Gawd, yes!" I know you work hard, and are often short on time to care of yourself. That's why this week I'm giving the long format read a break and cutting to the chase. Please accept my offering to you of 10 moves to yogafy your work day in my Office Yoga video from the Find Your MOJO Challenge.
Core strength: it’s something with which everyone seems to be obsessed. And that’s a good thing, not just for the ever-elusive sexy six pack, but for the practical function it serves in our lives. You see, nearly all the movements we make in the world come from our core and are stabilized by our core.
Ever feel like you’re lost in the minutiae of day-to-day living? Are you overrun with to-do’s but have no idea where all those do’s are taking you? Me too. That’s why I started a visioning practice: to clarify my vision for my life and my big Why, infusing my to-do’s with inspiration and purpose. I want to share this practice with you this week, along with a Visioning Meditation below, to perhaps help spark some motivation for you in these dog days of summer.
Let’s get back on track with our re-introduction to the splendid spine, shall we? If you missed the first installment, check it out here. I’ve received a lot of great feedback about this series: especially regarding the anatomical overview. You see, if you’re like me you don’t bother to get to know your body’s mechanics until something breaks and you’re forced to figure it out in order to get out of pain. So, hopefully this will help us all get a clearer picture of how our spines are designed to function optimally, and the measures we can take to not only avoid breaking our backs but to keep them in tip-top shape.
In the mood for some inspiration? Need to get more clear on your “Big Why?” Feel like you’re lacking purpose? Well, we’ve got a remedy for you right here this week in our special interview with Shannon Algeo. He’s one of our newest teachers in the MOJO premium library over at myMOJO.tv, and we are positively giddy to have him join us.
We all love our yoga pants, that much is pretty clear. But, we’re not going to get too far in our fancy pants if our attention span stops at the seams.
That’s right friends, this week we’re diving into our mid-year goals review, plus taking a look at the current state of Yoga in America. And I must say, there were surprises in both for me. Let’s hope all our surprises are all pleasant!
